Carrier quals for F/A-18C and F-14B

Training Mission: CA, static weather

Planned Training:

Drop your volleyballs, get that baby oil off your clean-shaven chests and start your engines!
This will be a carrier qual with emphasis on speed. Shit Hot Breaks are not only allowed, they are encouraged. One pilot per aircraft type will be given the SIERRA HOTEL 2024 award for the fastest break which still ends in a valid pass (correct ball call and 40+ score with no downwind extension or settling at the ramp).

• As always with CQ, it’s a RIGHT turn-out after take-off or bolter and maintain 600 ft or below until you are clear of aircraft entering the break.
• To make room for acceleration, extend NO LESS THAN 10 nm behind the boat before turning in.
• To register as a Shit Hot Break, it must be initiated BEFORE PASSING THE BOAT.

Depending on the number of pilots, time slots may be provided in order to prevent crowding in the airspace. The goal is to have no more than 6 aircraft around the boat at any given time.
