Event Management and Pilot Logbook Update

This update introduces event drafts and cancellations, improves event information and planning, corrects milestone calculations, and expands the personal Pilot Logbook.
  • New Events can now be saved as drafts and published later. Drafts appear as limited “Under planning” placeholders until published.
  • New Published events can now be cancelled or republished. Cancelled events remain visible, but registrations and operational changes are disabled.
  • New Added date conflict warnings when creating, changing, or publishing events. Conflicts can be acknowledged and accepted.
  • New Added a Special Rules field for THT events.
  • Changed Event summaries can now contain up to 500 characters, while event lists remain compact.
  • Changed Registration and lineup sections can now be shown or hidden on event pages. Event editing and publishing controls have also been reorganized.
  • Fixed Event milestone notifications now include historical THT and Training participation together with completed events from the current website.
  • Changed The Pilot Logbook now shows accurate completed-event totals, THT and Training distribution, and private rankings.
  • New The Pilot Logbook now includes the pilot’s most-used roles and most-played maps.
  • Fixed Improved local and production Discord login redirect configuration.

Briefing and Notification Fixes

Improved THT event editing, Discord assignment notifications, and automated milestone checks.
  • Changed THT registrations are now grouped into Awaiting assignment, Assigned, and Cancelled sections.
    Assigned participants are clearly separated from users who are still waiting for a flight assignment.
    Cancelled registrations remain visible in their own section instead of being mixed with active participants.
    Registration details now provide a clearer overview of module preferences and current assignment status.
  • Fixed Changes made in the THT briefing editor are now synchronized correctly before the event form is submitted and saved.
  • Fixed Discord slot assignment messages now place the /eventdetails command on a separate line after the flight member list.
  • Technical Configured a daily cron job to run the event milestone notification check automatically.
  • Technical Retained the new operations and logistics database structure for possible future development, without exposing it on event detail or edit pages.

Statistics and auto training event

New update page
  • New Added a new Site Updates page for tracking website changes in a simple changelog format.
    Updates can now be managed from Django admin with expandable entries and categorized items such as New, Changed, Fixed, Removed, and Technical.
  • Fixed Event edit forms now use Swedish local time instead of showing raw UTC values.
    This prevents saved events from shifting time when edited.
    Applies to THT, Training, Custom events, and MasterMeet forms.
  • Fixed THT event pages should show the registration deadline in the Event Information section.
    The deadline card should be placed directly after the Date and Time card.
    It uses the same Swedish local time note as the event start time.
  • New The Training event detail page now has a proper registration counter.
    It counts only active registrations and ignores cancelled users.
    This makes the displayed participant count match the actual visible Training signup list.
  • New THT events can now be limited to selected module eras such as WW2, Cold War, and Modern.
    The selected eras control which aircraft modules are available when editing the lineup.
    Modules marked as Always are still included regardless of selected era.
