Aircraft not capable of IFR operations are recommended to organise their own training on the secondary server due to the weather and lightning conditions.

This’ll be the first of three sequential training events focusing on flying according to instrument flight rules (IFR), that is without having to rely on looking out the cockpit to safely and succesfully fly your aircraft.

The agenda for the first session is:

• How to aviate and navigate using solely the instruments. We’ll cover the generics that apply to all aircraft. We will not cover aircraft specific topics. Make sure you understand how to operate all necessary equipment (radios, TACAN, ILS etc) beforehand
• Radials & DME

Ni kommer att klareras för en av två rutter enligt nedan, RÖD eller SVART. Alla positioner är RADIAL/DME från Kallax. Ni förväntas flyga den rutt ni klareras i rätt ordning. Vilken rutt samt höjd bestäms av GND.
