Background:
On 30 March 1945, the Banff Strike Wing raided Porsgrunn Harbor in Norway, a primary port for sending German troops back to Germany to fight against the approaching Allied armies. Three ships were sunk and a fourth damaged in what was rated one of the unit’s most spectacular shipping strikes.
Situation:
Ships in the harbour is being prepared to sail of. We need to destroy as many as we can before they can do so.
