We will continue our security task in AO CHESTNUT against militia trying to destabilize Syria. (with a twist…)
SITUATION
Last missions success have triggered something we did not anticipate. BADLAND, the country north of the known border has been known for supporting the militias with weapons and supplies but have now moved into an active phase.
ENEMY
Armored convoys have crossed the border crossings and advanced south towards CHARLIE along MSR FOX in order to complete what the militias failed to. – evicting US forces out from OP OAK.
Enemy forces are better trained and better equipped, T-90s and BMP-3 have been spotted in the convoys crossing the border.
Looking at their AA assets we have seen ZSU-23-4 Shilkas, SA-13 and SA-15 before and expect to meet them again.
FRIENDLY
No friendly ground forces in the active part of the AO. Area of 10km out from OP OAK is patrolled by friendly forces and considered safe.
MISSION
Stop the enemy assault advancing along MSR FOX.
LOGISTICS
FARP at OP OAK, no other replen available.
COMMAND/CONTROL
FM 33.0 is package net for coordination between flights.
GAMEPLAY
Respawn is allowed in order to get as much training effect as possible. However if a bird goes down all other birds has to disengage and reform with the respawning bird before going back in against the threat.
