1 SITUATION

1.1 Overview

Through unofficial channels we’ve gotten HUMINT that a “dirty bomb” has been placed in the eastern hospital of Raqqa. A communiqué from a doctor of the Medecin Sans Frontier, a radiologist Callsign “Ligthning” has recorded a device and measured 150 TBq.
Since Raqqa is under contention between terrorists and government forces the prime suspect behind the device is the terrorist faction.

The terrorists have captured a MI-24, it has been spotted somewhere in the north terrorist capabilities of operating the aircraft is unclear.
Government MiG-21s have been spotted in the south east at Deir ez-Zor, but should be primarily trainer jets, LOW factor.

2. When objectives have been secured, teams will return to LZ Charlie for extraction. C-130’s will remain on station until assault teams needs airlift out, at this point PEGASUS will perform a short landing/take off in field west of Raqqa hospital. Each C-130 will need to pickup their respective team (Alpha, Bravo or Charlie) flight lead will distribute the landing order and execution.
