Briefing Package SNEAKERS
1 SITUATION
1.1 Overview
Packet Sneakers has been tasked with apprehending a hostile head of state and extracting him for prosecution. The target is protected by elite combat‑experienced soldiers from the 96th Para Battalion.
2 Intel
Recent intelligence—verified as 100% accurate by multiple reliable sources—confirms the target’s exact location on 1 May 2021. He is scheduled to travel to his private vacation residence, providing a rare and time‑critical opportunity to capture him.
Further intelligence indicates that a long‑standing escape plan is in place. A ground convoy remains on standby whenever the target is present at the villa. Additionally, two Mi‑24 helicopters are kept on immediate alert status. These helicopters are configured for air‑to‑air engagements and armed with ATAKA AT‑9 Spiral‑2 missiles.
Security at the villa is substantial. Elite guards are stationed throughout the compound, supported by two BMP‑2 IFVs conducting continuous patrols in the surrounding area. The perimeter is further reinforced by four fixed ZU‑23 anti‑aircraft emplacements.
This operation requires precision, coordination, and rapid execution to neutralize the defenses, prevent the target’s escape, and secure him for extraction.
Intelligence confirms that the target will be transported by helicopter departing from Larnaca.
3 Operational Plan – Phase I
The first opportunity to initiate the operation is once he has arrived at the villa and is inside the compound.
No friendly helicopters are permitted to enter the target area until the transport helicopter has departed the villa and is en route back to Larnaca. During this period, the A‑10s will remain on station, conducting reconnaissance and identifying priority targets.
Once the transport helicopter have cleared the area and begun the return flight, our AH‑64s and OH‑58Ds will advance into the objective zone and systematically eliminate all hostile units, DO NOT DAMAGE THE VILLA!!!
After all threats have been neutralized, one CH‑47D will proceed to the designated landing zone. The special operations team will disembark, breach the villa, and secure the head of state. The team is expected to require approximately 10 minutes to complete the operation before returning to the Chinook for extraction.
3.1 Operational Plan – Phase II
If the opportunity to breach the villa is lost, a secondary option remains: intercepting and stopping the escape convoy. The head of state will be travelling in a civilian bus, which must not be fired upon under any circumstances—neither directly nor indirectly.
The escape convoy consists of:
4× BTR‑80
1× SA‑13 Strela
1× Civilian bus (HVT onboard)
The convoy will move south along the coastline toward Protaras. Intelligence also confirms that the convoy is protected by two Mi‑24 gunships providing overwatch and rapid-response capability, A2A.
The escort vehicles are to be neutralized in a controlled sequence. The SA‑13 Strela should be destroyed first to eliminate the primary short‑range air‑defense threat. Once the Strela is down, the four BTR‑80s are to be engaged and disabled.
It is highly likely that the civilian bus will come to a stop once its escort has been eliminated. At that point, one of our CH‑47F helicopters will move in and land beside the bus, or as close as safely possible.
The special operations team will disembark, secure the head of state, and prepare for immediate extraction. From the moment the Chinook touches down, the team estimates it will require approximately five minutes to complete the capture and re‑board the aircraft for takeoff.
If the head of state reaches Protaras, the mission is considered a failure. At that point, our intelligence sources will be compromised or eliminated, and no further opportunities to capture the target will be available.
