Israel is hiring the fines pilots – Master Arms – to fly their helicopters to Egypt and solve the situation. \nThere is rumors that Iran is operating it’s F-5 from hidden bases. So far no F-5 have been seen. \nBoth Egypt and Israel is positive to the removal of the Egyptian rebels. Gaza has yet to comment. Due to resent assassinations of  leaders in Gaza we assume there is some under the rug fighting between the Egyptian rebels and the Gazan leadership and that the Gazan leadership is positive to the removal of the Egyptian rebels. \nBecause of the sensitive nature of the mission you are not under any circumstance allowed to fly over Gaza. Furthermore\, because of tension between Egypt and Israel every flight will need an independent validation from their respective AWACS that they are allowed to cross the border. \n1.2 Area of operations\nSouth west of Gaza in Egypt north east of MGRS XV15. \n1.3 Time and weather\n* April 02 – 2006\n* 12:00 local time\n* High Scattered (15000′-18000′)\n* Wind 98 / 3\n* FORCE QNH 2996 / 1015 \n1.4 Air threats\nF-5 \nWe have seen neither Iranian F-5 nor possible airbases for Iran to opperate their planes. We do have intel suggesting that such airbases do exist. \n1.5 Ground threats\nInfantry\, RPG\, Technicals \nThe most dangerous weapon the rebels should poses is the standard Russian RPG. Egyptian rebels will try to shoot helicopters with them. The area to be know for access to old soviet AAA. It is believed that the Egyptian rebels have not gotten their hands on any AAA. \n1.6 Friendly forces\nWe are the only friendly force in the region but around every block there is a civilian. Thread(shoot) carefully. \n1.7 Civilian/3rd part\nThere is a civilian around every corner. \n2 MISSION\nTake out the enemy rebels south west of Gaza in Egypt. \n3 EXECUTION\n3.1 Commander’s intent\nDEVIL and JESTER to provide CAP at there predefined locations\, or at STINGRAYs direction. SUMMARY:Rotor Wednesday
DESCRIPTION:RSVP: 23 11 15 – 21:00\nActivity: Mission – PvP CAP\, CAS\, SEAD\nTheatre: Sinai (or Syria\, Caucasus\, Falkland)\nModules: AH-64\, Ka-50_III\, SA342\, Mi-8\, Mi-24\, UH-1H\, Combined Arms\, Any fixed wings for SEAD or support.\nPrerequisites: None \nThis event aim to hit a sweet spot between a combat training mission and THT. The time assigned this event is limited as to not be at the expense of either training or THT missions. The goal is to help facilitate events on Wednesdays centered around helicopters. \nA mission will be set up in accordance with how many people turns up. \nThere are basically 3(later 4) types of missions for us to chose between:\n1. Ground vs ground\, bases 12+ km apart (you can fly)\n2. Training missions where you can spawn in side quests and units.\n3. Ground\, helo\, SAM\, SEAD vs Ground\, helo\, SAM\, SEAD\, bases 12-16 km apart.. \nYou can control ground assets in your coalition in every mission.\nNo bomb or artillery are allowed to hit the enemy FARP.(Due to DCS glitches and balance.) \nYour priority when flying fixed-wings is in the following order:\n1. SEAD\n2. CAP against enemy fixed-wings.\n3. CAS\n4. CAP against enemy helicopters.(Do not engage enemy helicopters unless there is no other viable targets.) \nPvP Rules for MA Rotor Wednesday(to make light air frames more viable and match-ups more balanced):\n1. No proxy fuse enabled on weapons.\n(Show me your skill\, not your proximity fuze vs HMG)\n2. Set F10 map to fog of war\n(so that you se your own coalition\, but only spotted enemies on the map. This to make commanding ground units more viable).\n3. Ground units that take control over the enemy FARP or make it neutral wins the battle for their coalition.\n(When this happens it’s better to declare victory and start a new game if time permits.)\n4. Do not shoot at or from a helicopter on a FARP. When spawning at your FARP fly away as soon as possible.\n(This gives newly spawned in players a fighting chance. When on the attack you’re close to winning in this scenario anyway.)\n5. Spawn in all your ground units(F10\, other\, “Spawn Player Army”) at the start of the mission on your own FARP.\n(Spawning ground units in the middle of the map instead of at your FARP or Airbase at mission start takes away the realism.)\n6. Only one set of AAA per 10 players per coalition is allowed.\n(This is due to balance and realism reasons. Not every mission got AAA\, but in all missions you can spawn in SAMs.)\n7. When flying an attack helicopters you are not allowed to spawn in armor.\n(Due to balance.)\n8. Spawn exception: Transport and light helicopters are allowed to spawn in their light(HMG) units when landing in a built-up area or a forest instead of having to spawn them on their FARP at mission start. This is to simulate the transport/light helicopters bringing rearmament to troops out of ammunition lurking in the area from before.\nAdditionally\, these light(HMG) units are not allowed to be spawned inn from closer than 7 km to the enemy FARP in this manner. \nPvP Victory is achieved by your ground units capturing or making the enemy FARP neutral.\nOr in some cases by taking out tents\, generator and fuel depots on the enemy FARP. \nIf you don’t have Combined Arms from before\, now is the time to try it out using the trial period. \nExample of\, but not limited to\, layout of a map:

SUMMARY:OPERATION: SIREN SONG
DESCRIPTION:RSVP: 2023-07-19 – 19:30 \nActivity: Mission – Anti-ship \nTheatre: Caucasus \nModules: Mi-24\, Mi-8\, KA-50\, SU-25\, L-39C \nPrerequisites: None \n\nOPERATION: SIREN SONG\nBACKGROUND:\nThe relocation of Russia’s naval forces from Sevastopol to Novorossiysk was driven by a combination of geopolitical\, strategic\, and operational factors. This decision aimed to optimize the deployment of naval assets and maintain a robust maritime presence in the region. \nGeopolitical Context: \nAnnexation of Crimea: The annexation of Crimea by Russia in 2014 led to a shift in the geopolitical landscape of the region. As a result\, Russia’s control over the Crimean Peninsula\, including the naval base in Sevastopol\, became more pronounced.\nStrategic Considerations: \nSecurity of the Black Sea Fleet: The Black Sea Fleet\, based in Sevastopol\, has long been a critical asset for Russia’s strategic interests in the Black Sea region. However\, concerns about the vulnerability of Sevastopol due to its proximity to potential conflict zones necessitated the need for a more secure operational base. \nEnhanced Operational Flexibility: Relocating naval forces to Novorossiysk provided a more strategically advantageous position. Novorossiysk\, located further east along the Black Sea coast\, offered increased operational flexibility and reduced exposure to potential threats\, enabling more effective surveillance and control over the region. \nBRIEFING: \nObjective:\nThe objective of Operation Siren Song is to deploy our helicopter units to search for and neutralize enemy naval drones attempting to infiltrate Novorossiysk bay in the Black Sea. The primary goal is to eliminate all hostile drones and ensure the protection of our friendly ships within the area. \nSituation:\nIntelligence reports indicate an increased presence of enemy naval drones operating in the Black Sea region. These drones pose a significant threat to our naval forces and must be neutralized to maintain control of Novorossiysk bay. The drones are anticipated to approach from various entry points and attempt to breach our defenses undetected. \nExecution: \nHelicopter Deployment:\na. Deploy Mi-24 (IVAN)\, KA-50 (IGOR)\, Mi-8 (BORIS) helicopters from Novorossiysk air base to designated patrol areas within Novorossiysk bay.\nb. Arm helicopters with rockets\, guns\, and electro-optical systems for target acquisition and tracking.\nc. Deploy SU-25 (NIKITA) and L-39C (ANASTASIA) as additional support. \nPatrol and Reconnaissance:\na. Establish a systematic patrol pattern across the bay to maximize coverage.\nb. Helicopters will conduct visual and additional sensor scans to detect any enemy naval drones in the area.\nc. Maintain constant communication with SPUTNIK to gather real-time intelligence regarding drone sightings. \nIdentification and Engagement:\na. Upon detection of enemy naval drones\, assess the threat level and prioritize targets based on proximity to friendly ships.\nb. Engage hostile drones using rockets and guns\, aiming to neutralize them before they reach the bay.\nc. Exercise caution to avoid collateral damage to friendly vessels and infrastructure. \nCoordination and Support:\na. Maintain continuous communication with naval command SPUTNIK for situational updates and intelligence sharing.\nb. Coordinate with NIKITA and ANASTASIA for additional support. \nCommand and Control: \nOperation Siren Song will be under the overall command of SPUTNIK.\nAir support coordination will be facilitated by SPUTNIK.\nRegular situation reports and updates will be provided to SPUTNIK. \nAdministration and Logistics: \nAppropriate logistic support will be provided to ensure the sustained operational readiness of the helicopter units.\nRefuel and rearm can be conducted at Novorossiysk or Gelendzhik \nTimeline: \nOperation Siren Song will commence at 1645 hours on the designated date and continue until the threat has been neutralized or further orders are received.\nRemember\, the success of Operation Siren Song depends on precise execution\, effective coordination\, and swift action. Our objective is to safeguard our naval assets and maintain control of Novorossiysk bay. Good luck and stay vigilant. \nThis document is classified TOP SECRET. Unauthorized disclosure is strictly prohibited. \nSigned\, \nBFQ
